Irmigo is a companion for daily life with ADHD — it is not medical care. The notebook is free forever and your data is never held hostage. The paid subscription renews through Apple until you cancel, which takes one tap and works anytime. Please don't rely on any app, including this one, as your only alarm for something safety-critical.
Irmigo (the "app") is made by Diego Kakihara, an independent developer based in Japan. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app — no hard feelings.
Irmigo is a planning and reminder companion designed around how ADHD brains work. It is not a medical device, and nothing it says is medical, psychological, or professional advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you're struggling, please reach out to one — the companion will still be here.
Putting things in, seeing everything you've put in, exporting it, and deleting it are free — before, during, and after any subscription. Skipping the paywall, letting a trial lapse, or cancelling never locks up what you've already put in. We don't hold data hostage.
To keep the companion sustainable for everyone, we may set reasonable limits on AI conversation volume. Day-to-day use will never hit them by design, and the notebook is never limited. If a limit ever affects you, the app will say so plainly.
Don't use the app to break the law, to harm others, or to probe, overload, or disrupt the service. Don't try to extract other people's data — there isn't any to find, but still.
Alarms and notifications depend on iOS, your settings, and your device's state. We work hard to make them reliable, but no app can guarantee delivery in every situation. Please don't rely on Irmigo as your only safeguard for anything safety-critical — medication that must be taken, a child to pick up, a stove that's on. Use it alongside, not instead of, appropriate safeguards.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop using the app anytime — export and delete your data first if you want it. We may update the app and these terms; if a change matters, we'll say so plainly in the app or on this page, and the date above will change. If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Japan, unless the consumer-protection law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
